Travis’s Steak Rub

When I asked Travis what kind of seasoning he wanted to help develop, he said steak seasoning. What’s so ironic is that three years earlier he didn’t appreciate steak but he loves it now. The goal with this rub was to use ingredients that would complement the steak, not overpower it. For this one we started off with a high quality flake salt, added California garlic & onion, sun-dried tomato & 4 other spices that really compliment beef flavors. What we ended up with is something truly unique and delicious.
