Evan’s Burger Rub

For years I’ve been dinkin’ with the hamburgers, always trying to make them taste better than the last time. This drives my family a little nuts. So when Evan & I sat down to tackle the burger rub, we knew this wasn’t gonna be easy. Evan loves cheeseburgers (and all the taste testing) and when we taste tested version FIVE, the look on his his face said it all…success! What we ended up with was an amazing blend of smoked California garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and our smoked sweet paprika. Then we added some oregano and other spices, culminating in a seasoning with a truly unique and delicious flavor profile. Enjoy!
