I founded Smokehouse Seven in 2020. It has come a long way from its beginnings when I purchased a Brinkmann Smoke & Grill in 1990. In that 30 year journey, I have developed a passion for creating exceptional flavors. That passion and quest for knowledge drove me to open Smokehouse Seven as a full time business. I am excited that we're able to turn my passion into Smokehouse Seven and share our products with the world.
