SPOG Rub

Another simple general purpose seasoning with added onion that works well on everything and lets the flavor of the meat come through. This Salt, Pepper, Onion, Garlic mix features our in-house ground, smoked black pepper.  It is a smaller grain size rub so it works well on smaller cuts of meat. 

Each 6 oz rub comes packaged in a resealable pouch.  Larger quantities available upon request.
