SPOG Rub

A simple general purpose seasoning that works well on everything and lets the flavor of the meat come through. This Salt, Pepper, Onion, Garlic mix features our in-house ground, black pepper and California Garlic & Onion.  It is a smaller grain size rub so it works well on smaller cuts of meat. 

Each 3.5 oz rub comes packaged in a resealable pouch.  Larger quantities available upon request.
