Emily’s Fish Rub

Emily eats more fish than any of our kids so it made sense that she have a hand in the development of this rub. With Lemon Peel & Coriander as the base, Emily’s Fish Rub imparts a wonderful citrus note.  Our own house blend brown sugar, smoked paprika and 5 other spices culminate in an amazing flavor profile.  Our tasting team said it worked great on everything from farm pond bass and trout to scallops and salmon.  Each 3.5 oz rub comes packaged in a resealable pouch.  Larger quantities available upon request.
