Cocoa Coffee Beef Rub

Much to my Aunt Kathy’s (family coffee guru) dismay, I’m not a coffee drinker. I never acquired a taste for it.  However, when you blend a high quality cocoa with organic coffee, offset that with Turbinado sugar, pure sea salt and a couple other spices, the results are amazing!! I love this rub! Used on everything from brisket to roasts has resulted in rave reviews. One customer even made some tasty beef jerky with it.
