Ethan’s Chicken Rub

Ethan’s favorite thing to grill is chicken. Ethan is also somewhat of a foodie, trying all kinds of interesting foods and flavors. The challenge was to come up with a seasoning that had multiple layers of flavors. We started with a hand-crafted blend of our own smoked brown sugar, sun-dried tomato, California garlic & onion. Then added 11 more spices… (just cuz we wanted to be better than KFC). But seriously, this rub definitely meets the challenge of delivering amazing flavors.
