Emily’s Fish & Seafood Rub

Emily eats more fish than any of our kids so it made sense that she have a hand in the development of this rub.  This sugar-free rub starts off with California-grown garlic, our in-house smoked Sweet Paprika, Kosher salt and 4 other spices which culminates into an amazing flavor profile.  Our tasting team said it worked great on everything from farm pond bass and trout to scallops and salmon.  I personally love it on grilled shrimp!
