Pinot Sea Salt

Our Pinot Sea Salt is our latest infused salt.  We started with a very nice Pinot wine.  Then we processed that wine and infused it with our high quality sea salt.  My favorite use for this unique salt is on prime rib and vegetables but others have used it as a rim salt for drinks.  The deep purple color has also become a hit with Kansas State fans for tailgating!  3.5 oz of salt packaged in a refillable glass grinder.
